 “Fulfill your dreams after marriage, then do it after a baby, then you are too old, now why you want to earn you have everything …….

The list goes on….

These words has played a major role in everyone’s life isn’t it? Most of the major decisions of our life are ruled by them.

When we start to depend on what other people think of us, and we make their opinion our final call we get into trouble. When we give our keys to others and allow their impressions to become ours. We lose out who we really are

The question is how to let go the fear of what people will say? 

  1. People are not paying much attention: People spend more time thinking about themselves than thinking about others. If they are stating a judgment about your life, it’s possibly they are unsecured themselves or never have the courage to do what you are doing. Give a thought about it 
  2. You know best. Nobody else can live your life. People might have opinions or ideas, but the only person who knows what is best for you IS YOU. Love yourself and first accept yourself the way you are.
  3. Numb your triggers: Life is an echo; what you send out comes back. Too much worry about what other people think of you can become stressful which ultimately directs your behavior and thoughts.  
  4. Find a role model. Find someone whose self-respect you like and which can help to shape your own positive self. A guide can help dismiss your lack of confidence and help you visualize the better YOU in future.

Accept yourself the way you are the rest will do the same.
