When we encounter challenges on our journey, we occasionally get stuck.
You can be imaginative but not creative if you have ideas but do not do anything with them. Creativity requires bravery. To succeed at work, you can explore your creative side and take a fresh look at obstacles.
Here is what you can do –
Change Your Perspective:
Life is about perspective and how you look at something; ultimately, you must zoom out. Whitney Wolfe Herd
If you want to keep crying that you have all the problems or challenges, you must face them; you will zoom out and see the bigger picture and see in a different direction. There is always a chance you will see better things.
Reframe your thoughts:
When we go through a tough time, we start to think negatively. Instead, think creatively.
And interpret the facts in front of you in a way that empowers rather than disempowers.
Hate your job? You are getting paid for it and able to have a stable life.
I can’t do it I am putting my best foot forward.
Do not Rationalize you will Never Improve:
Being rational means whatever you decide to do or not do, you very quickly come up with a good reason for your decision. By constantly rationalizing your decision, you cannot learn to improve performance but will always feel stuck and never think in a different direction. Creative thinking will help you to think from a different angle which will help to solve things faster.
“You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story & hustle for your worthiness.” – Brene Brown
